He fur­ther­mo­re spe­cia­li­zes in com­pli­ance and cri­mi­nal defen­se. Prof. Dr. Wei­ler gai­ned par­ti­cu­lar pro­fes­sio­nal expe­ri­ence in judi­cial enforce­ment of claims.

Career

Befo­re foun­ding WEILER WELINA JORNO Lawy­ers, Prof. Dr. Wei­ler work­ed in the area of Legal and Com­pli­ance in the indus­try. He also gai­ned pro­fes­sio­nal expe­ri­ence working as an inhouse-lawy­er at a com­mer­cial asso­cia­ti­on and as lawy­er at a well-known busi­ness law firm.

He lec­tures at a uni­ver­si­ty and is an expe­ri­en­ced spea­k­er on com­mer­cial and cri­mi­nal law.

Prof. Dr. Ben­ja­min Wei­ler stu­di­ed law in Regens­burg, Bonn and Ber­lin. He com­ple­ted his legal clerk­ship in Bran­den­burg, Ber­lin and Mont­re­al (Cana­da) and ear­ned a legal doc­to­ra­te in cri­mi­nal law and Euro­pean law in 2012.
